Shoulder Workout ショルダーエクササイズ

Now, I really know that it is so hard for moms carrying baby(s) around everyday.
My baby's been very needy these days and she constantly asks me to pick up her and my shoulders are really tired and painful..!  so I need to workout them.. both endurance and strengthening

If you have same problems like me, do these exercise with your baby outside.
You will be able to improve your both endurance and strength and won't get tired so easy..!

母親になって、赤ちゃんを毎日抱き上げる辛さを毎日痛感しています。
最近は、添い乳の際に、前に痛めた肩が、また痛み出して、そのために肩や胸までコリが・・・。これは何とかしなくちゃいけないので、とりあえず弱った肩をトレーニング。
もし同じ悩みを持っている方は、まずこのトレーニングを。

1. Shoulder Row with Bands (heavy enough to complete 10-12) 12reps x 2-3 sets
2. Shoulder Press with Bands (heavy enough to complete 10-12)  12 reps x 2-3 sets
3. Shoulder Front and Side raises (2-3-lbs) 15-20 reps x 2-3 sets
 *leg raise is option!
